Segmentation of Brands


We offer the market three levels of care (premium, executive and basic) with different brands, consistent with the segmentation of the private healthcare sector in Brazil.

The segmentation of our brands enables us to tailor the services we offer to each specific segment of the market, in accordance with the different levels of coverage provided by private healthcare plans and the socioeconomic differences of each region and segment.

Our brands differ in the support facilities offered and consequently, in the prices charged. The test samples from all patient centers, with the exception of the hospitals, are performed at the same central laboratories using the same equipment. We offer the same quality of imaging tests to all patients.


General characteristics of each segment


• Premium

Brand: Club DA and CDPI.

Target public: Upper class and upper-middle class patients.

Services: Easy access to the wide range of clinical analysis and imaging tests available at the mega units.

Support facilities: Exclusive private lounges with coffee area, meeting rooms that can be used to work while waiting for tests, Internet access, valet parking, bilingual Portuguese and English-speaking personnel and other amenities. We also offer delivery of test results to the homes of Club DA clients.



• Executive

Brand: Atalaia, Delboni Auriemo, Image Memorial, LabPasteur, Lâmina, Frischmann Aisengart, Vita Lâmina, Multi Imagem, Exame, CEDIC/CEDILAB, Unimagem, Cerpe and Sérgio Franco.

Target public: Middle class and upper-middle class patients.

Services: Offering the same tests available to Club DA patients.

Support facilities: Contain attractive waiting rooms and coffee areas and sometimes offer amenities like live music on weekends and play areas for children.

Localization: Goiânia (Atalaia); São Paulo (Delboni Auriemo); Salvador (Image Memorial); Fortaleza (LabPasteur and Unimagem); Florianópolis (Vita Lâmina), Curitiba (Frischmann Aisengart), Brasília (Exame) and Cuiabá (CEDIC/CEDILAB).



• Standard

Brand: Lavoisier, Bronstein, Pasteur, Alvaro, Med Imagem, Pro Echo, Cytolab and Previlab.

Target public:Middle and lower-middle class patients.

Services: Offering the same tests available to the patients of our other brands.

Localization: São Paulo (Lavoisier), Rio de Janeiro (Bronstein), Brasília (Pasteur), Cascavel e Foz do Iguaçu (Alvaro).

Support facilities: The brands of this segment offer efficient service but with fewer amenities than in our other patient service centers. Several of our standard-level brands have also introduced frequent user benefits that provide discounts to patients who do not have health insurance and who present their personal frequent user cards.
