Pedro de Godoy Bueno – CEO
  •  Mr. Pedro de Godoy Bueno was elected CEO in December 2014. Mr. Bueno graduated in Economics from Pontifícia Católica of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ), having worked at Credit Suisse, Banco BTG Pactual, and Amil. He is currently partner at DNA Capital, a company focused on investments in the healthcare industry.
 Antonio Carlos Gaeta - Executive Vice President of Business
  •  Mr. Gaeta was elected Executive Vice President of Business in December 2012. For the past three years he served as Director of New Business and previously held the position of Director of Customer Service. He joined Lavoisier in 1995 as IT Manager, and remained in the Company following the acquisition of Lavoisier in 1999. Mr. Gaeta was Technology Manager at Brinquedos Estrela, a toy manufacturer, from 1967 to 1995, and at KHS Machinery, a manufacturer of capital goods, from May to December 1995. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from ESAN (Escola Superior de Administração de Negócios) and earned a degree in Business Reengineering from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas).
Adriano Brito de Costa Lima – Executive Vice President of Human Resources
  • Mr. Adriano was elected Executive Vice President of Human Resources in June, 24, 2014. He has 25 years of experience in human Resources, Strategy and Planning, working for companies of the financial sector, consumer goods and healthcare. Mr. Lima worked as Human Resources officer in Banco Safra and Banco Itaú Unibanco, and was Vice President of Strategy, Planning and Human Resources at MasterCard for Latin America. Also worked in Amil Group and Unilever Bestfoods. Adriano has a degree in Psychology from the University of São Paulo USP), with an Executive MBA from USP, and a specialization in Strategic Human Resources Management at the University of Michigan. He teaches Human Resources in the Healthcare MBA of INSPER, and is also a visiting Professor at Executive MBA at University of São Paulo.
Octávio Fernandes- Executive Vice President of Clinical Analysis
  • Appointed by the board as the company’s COO in 2009, Mr. Octávio worked for Laboratório Bronstein since 1998 hence being present in DASA since its inception. Acted as management in Bronstein during the 1998-2001 period, was the responsible for the medical area of this company in Rio de Janeiro during the years of 2001 until 2004, coordinate the image area between 2004 and 2007 as business management when become Medical Director of the company. He obtained an M.D. with specialization in Clinical Pathology from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, received a master’s degree in Parasite Biology from Fundação Oswaldo Cruz and a PhD. in Tropical Medicine from University of California. Mr. Fernandes also holds a MBA in Healthcare Management from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
 Carlos de Barros Jorge Neto - Executive Vice President  Administrative and Financial
  • Worked at Gávea Investmentos from July 2008 until December 2014, becoming a Partner in December 2009.  From 2006 to 2008, Carlos worked as an Associate for Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (“KKR”) in New York, where he was involved in a number of private equity transactions.  Prior to joining KKR, he was an investment banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley in New York (2004 to 2006).  Carlos holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Mechanical Engineering and Economics, with Distinction, from Stanford University. He formerly participated in boards of Odebrecht Oil & Gas, Camisaria Colombo, Instituto Hermes Pardini, IdealInvest, RBS Comunicações, Rumo Logística and Gávea's Investment Committee.
Emerson Leandro Gasparetto – Director of Radiology and Graphic Methods
  • Emerson Gasparetto works as a Neuroradiology Associate Professor at the Radiology Department of Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro since June 2006, and as a Neuroradiologist and managing doctor of Clínica de Diagnóstico Por Imagem (CDPI), in Rio de Janeiro, since June 2006. In April 2012, he took the job position as Director of Radiology and Graphic Methods at DASA. A Medical School Graduate from Universidade Federal do Paraná, with Master’s and Doctoral Degrees from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, has a Research Fellowship at University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Emerson is certified in Health Services Management and Executive MBA at COPPEAD – Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
Carlos Elder Maciel de Aquino - Accounting and Receivables Officer
  • Was a partner at KPMG and previously worked at institutions such as Itaú Unibanco and Unibanco, where he held positions such as director of internal auditing, executive director of leasing and managing director of complementary social securitie.He was also the sector director of Febraban’s internal auditing department, was a member of Redecard’s, Tecban’s and Interbanco’s (Paraguay) auditing committees. Earned a degree in accounting from UFPE, a graduate degree in Financial Administration from FESP-PE and in Economic Engineering from UNICAP-PE and has an Executive MBA in Financing from IBMEC-SP and a Controller MBA from USP/Fipecafi and is an auditing course professor for the MBA in Internal Auditing at Fipecafi.
Paulo Bokel Catta - Preta –  Investor Relations  and Finance Officer
  • Paulo Bokel Catta-Preta holds a degree in economics (State University of Rio de Janeiro), an MBA at the University of Michigan. He was also a consultant with McKinsey and Booz-Allen. He worked at Banco Bozano Simonsen as Portfolio Manager and he was the Director of Business Development at Ideiasnet. Before join the Company, he served as investment officer of family office Splice. He is in the Company since 2010, as treasurer, and since May 2011 also as Investor Relations Superintent. In April 2012, was elected Investor Relations Officer and since November 2013, was elected also to Finance Officer He is currently the Finance and the Investor Relations Officer at DASA (Diagnosticos da America)
Lilian Cristina Pacheco - Legal and Internal Control Director
  • Received a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Unicapital University in Sao Paulo, earned an MBA in Business Law from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) and an LLM in Corporate Law at INSPER (Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa). She has thirteen years of experience in the legal profession, and has been employed at Probel, DROGASIL and the C&A Group. She now heads the Legal Department at DASA (Diagnósticos da América SA) since 2006. She has experience in the implementation of Legal Departments, as well of IPO, Debentures and M&As procedures, among other operations. She also participated, alongside Banco Patria, in the deployment of Legal and Due Diligence Committees for the following enterprises: Casa do Pão de Queijo, Fotoptica, Anhanguera, Publisher Camellot, Casa Cor, Anhembi Morumbi, among others. In addition to her role at DASA, she is Coordinator of the Legal Chamber of the Brazilian Association of Diagnostic Medicine (Associação Brasileira de Medicina Diagnóstica – ABRAMED) and Coordinator of the Health Services Outsourcing Study Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association Sao Paulo Section (Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil – Seção São Paulo – OAB/SSP).
Carlos Roberto Katayama - IT Director
  • Mr. Carlos Roberto Katayama was elected IT Director in December, 2013. Before join DASA, worked as IT Corporate Executive Officer at Usiminas, between 2010 and 2013. He worked in the same position at Honda South America and at Dupont Performance Coatings. In this company he also worked as Supply Chain and Human Resources Corporate Executive Officer of South America. He has international experience working in USA, Japan, China, Germany, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Chile and Argentina. Mr. Katayama received a Bachelor Degree in Computing from Universidade Mackenzie, and a Corporate Management MBA from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas)
