GPTW Seal

Great Place to Work (GPTW) is a global advisory firm that supports organizations to obtain the best results through a culture of trust, high performance, and innovation. The GPTW seal is one of the most respected organizational climate indicators. We are an open company, increasingly willing to hear and evolve. Thus, this survey is a relevant tool to understand our employees’ perceptions and continue improving our environment.

In 2021, Dasa was certified by GPTW as one of the best companies to work for in Brazil.

 

EXAME Diversity Guide

The EXAME Diversity Guide is a groundbreaking publication in Brazil. Through an online survey, the objective is to evaluate and publicly acknowledge businesses’ diversity and inclusion best practices in Brazil’s most varied sectors.

In 2021, Dasa was recognized in the 3rd Edition of EXAME Diversity Guide in the LGBTQIA+ Category for our diversity and inclusion initiatives, such as: the setup of our diversity committee and affinity groups (amongst them Prisma, LGBTQIA+ Group), diversity & inclusion training sessions, and projects and campaigns against discrimination.

 

Gupy Destaca 

Gupy Destaca is an award for companies’ human resources departments that take care of people. The award is led by Gupy, Ideafix, and sponsors.

Dasa was elected among the 14 most inspiring companies in the “Attraction” category, alongside other giants, such as Ambev, Vivo, and OLX Brasil.  Dasa won an award for the case “Quebrando Barreiras” (Breaking Barriers), an initiative created in partnership with Talento Incluir, an advisory firm specialized in inclusion of disabled people, which offers training and subsequently hires professionals with disabilities at Dasa.

 

Ética nos Negocios Award (Business Ethics) 

The Ética nos Negocios (Business Ethics) Award acknowledges the companies with the best practices with excellence recognized in key topics involving responsible business performance. Dasa was recognized in 2021 for the categories of Social Responsibility, Diversity and Inclusion and ESG.

 

Brazil Design Award 

The Brazil Design Award, one of the sector’s most important awards, presented the theme “Qual bandeira você carrega?” (which brand did you choose?), honored 312 projects, split into 330 awards (grand prix, gold, silver, bronze and people’s vote), out of 1,624 enrollments, in each of 10 categories and 69 sub-categories.

Dasa won silver in the Digital Design category, with the Nav Platform, and in the Positive Impact Design category with the case “Resumo Clínico no ecossistema integrado da saúde” (Clinical summary in health integrated ecosystem), and bronze in typography, pictogram, and visual language created by our partner agency.

 

ABVQ Award

This award publicly acknowledges companies with excellent practices that succeeded in improving the health, wellness, and life quality of their professionals.

 

CSA Workplace

In 2021, Dasa won the Workplace global award in the Frontline Excellence category, with the case “Esquadrão do Encantamento” (Enchantment Squad).

Our engagement initiative was awarded by Meta, Facebook’s holding company, as the best case in Latin America for the Customer Success Award, an award comprising eight categories.  All in all, it acknowledged only 32 cases around the globe.

 

Most Admired CEOs by HRs 

Since 2006, Grupo Gestão RH has been promoting the annual survey called The Most Admired HRs in Brazil and Latin America, aiming at valuing HR executives with outstanding performance in the market. In 2019, this survey included the Most Admired CEOs by HRs.

In 2021, Mr. Fabio Rose, our People & Culture officer was elected amongst the top 10 most admired HRs in Brazil, and Mr. Pedro Bueno was elected amongst the top 10 most admired CEOs by HRs.

 

People Management Excellence Survey 

In the second edition of the People Management Excellence Survey, designed by Grupo Gestão RH, and conducted in 2022, Dasa was recognized amongst 250 organizations as the company with the 6th highest HCI (Human Capital Index). We were also awarded in the People Management Practices category. This initiative conducted in partnership with Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), assessed four pillars: employees’ psychological health, corporate citizenship, human and organizational development, and people management practices.

 

Top Employer 

The Top Employer Institute takes into account people management practices of all companies participating in a Human Resources Best Practices survey, based on facts and independently audited. The international certification assesses 450 initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion, sustainability, wellness, and business strategy.

Dasa was recognized as one of the 49 Brazilian companies certified by the Top Employer global seal that acknowledges domestic and international companies’ best HR practices, nearly 1,800 companies out of 123 countries.
